Weather Policy
Inclement weather is not always cause for cancellation. As long as the artist appears at the theatre, the show will go on as scheduled. There are no refunds due to weather. If the status of a show changes, we will post an announcement on the home page of this website, on the voicemail at 610-758-2787 and on local radio and television stations. Zoellner offers covered parking in the attached parking garage. Plan to leave home early and please travel carefully.
Children and Families
We welcome children of all ages to our Family Series performances! These are non-shushing shows where we have relaxed house rules: we expect that kids to be kids. They might show their enthusiasm and it is fine to take breaks, and/or and move around the theatre if desired. We encourage parents to check out our brochure or website for Family Series and family-friendly performances, and also look for Relaxed Performances that cater to the needs of those with sensory challenges with relaxed house rules. Please contact Ticket Services for further information.
For those events not listed as Family Series or Family-Friendly, we recommend parents use their judgment with regard to content and their child's ability to sit quietly through the performance. There are always closed-circuit monitors in the lobby which supervised children may use to watch performances if they need a break from sitting in the theatre. We also have sensory kits that can be checked out for use during performances with some calming tools. For all performances, everyone regardless of age, entering the theatre must have a ticket.
