Accessibility

Lehigh University and Zoellner Arts Center welcome patrons of all abilities to our events

  • Accessible parking spaces are located on the first and third levels of the parking garage, and there is an elevator towards the Packer Avenue side of the garage.
  • There are three accessible entrances to Zoellner Arts Center: The front entrance (on Packer Ave), the 3rd floor entrance (from the parking garage), and the campus entrance (ground floor, facing the Tamerler Courtyard). NEW!  We now have automatic doors on the right side of the front entrance (Packer Ave).

  • Accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the venue.  Wheelchair and companion seating in Baker Hall is available in the Orchestra and Grand Tier sections.  Row S of the Grand Tier can be accessed without navigating stairs.  The balcony section does not have elevator access and is not accessible to patrons who use wheelchairs or walkers. Accessible seating in Diamond Theater is available in the Left and Right sections. The center section is not accessible to patrons who use wheelchairs or walkers, or those who cannot ascend/descend 3 steps.
  •  Assistive Listening – New!  We now use the Listen Technologies WiFi-based assisted listening system.  You can use this with your own mobile device by downloading the ListenWIFI app:  Google Play or Apple Store or you may also check out a device from the ticket office. This system works well with both wired or bluetooth earbuds/headphones.
  •  ASL Interpretation is provided for select events and will be noted on the event’s page.
  • Click here for information on our Relaxed Performances, which are designed to be sensory-friendly and accessible in a no-shushing environment.  All Family Series events are also considered non-shushing shows.
  • Complimentary Sensory Kits are available for check out at all events.  Inquire at Ticket Services or with an usher
  • Please contact Ticket Services with any questions or requests: call 610-758-2787, ext. 0 or email Ticket Services
