School Show Policies
- School show ticket requests will be reviewed and responded to within five to seven business days.
- All attendees, including students, teachers, chaperones, etc., irrespective of age, must be accounted for in the ticket count.
- Payment schedule: Full payment is required within four weeks upon receipt of an invoice. ALL orders must be paid in full and the total number of tickets confirmed by six weeks prior to the performance date. No adjustments to ticket orders will be made after the six week deadline with the exception of additions, which are based on availability at the time of the request. Groups are financially responsible for the exact number of tickets ordered. Adjustments to this payment schedule must be requested and approved prior to payment being due.
- Cancellation/changes: Orders can be altered or canceled up to six weeks before the performance. There are no refunds, but exchanges to another performance are permissible prior to the 6-week deadline and are based on availability.
- Discounted or free tickets: Orders can be modified or canceled up to six weeks before the performance. If changes or cancellations are made within six weeks of the show, the school will be responsible for the full ticket price, not exceeding $5.00 per ticket, unless there is a waiting list and the tickets can be resold.
- Day-of-show walk-up sales are based on availability; there is no guarantee seats will be available without advanced reservations.
- Arrival and departure information will be communicated to each group at least two weeks prior to the show.
