Children's Programs

Zoellner Arts Center encourages children to participate in the arts! While we welcome children of all ages to our Family-Series performances, please know everyone, regardless of age, entering the theatre must have a ticket. We encourage parents to consult our brochure for family series performances designated for young audiences, and also look for our Relaxed Performances that cater to the needs of those with sensory challenges with relaxed house rules.   Our Family Series events offer a more relaxed setting where kids can be themselves:

  • Non-shushing shows! We encourage laughter, clapping, and expressions of enthusiasm throughout the performance.
  • Feel free to move around, enter, exit, or change seats as needed. Seating is General Admission .
  • Food and drinks are allowed in the theatre! We kindly ask that all beverages have lids and that you dispose of trash in the lobby bins after the show.
  • Need a break? Visit our Relax Room! This quiet space (Room 143) is available for anyone who needs a moment away. The performance will be streamed at a low volume, and sensory tools will be available for comfort.
  • Please visit our Family Series page for a list of performances that younger audience members might enjoy.
