The Frequency String Quartet, Lehigh University’s faculty ensemble, presents four essential American voices in one afternoon. Experience the soulful, Bach-meets-jazz counterpoint of Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson’s Calvary Quartet; the brooding, film-noir shadows of Copland’s Two Pieces; the tender, bluesy grace of Gershwin’s Lullaby; and the radiant, rhythmic journey from dark to light of Kevin Puts’ Credo.
