COVID-19 Information

updated JULY 6:
We're all in this together!  Taking care of our patrons is an essential part of our organizational culture. As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts our communities, we feel it is important to connect directly with you to share more about the steps we are taking at Zoellner Arts Center to help keep you, our employees, the artists presenting their work, and our communities safe and healthy. We would like to assure you that while this situation is ongoing and constantly changing we are wholeheartedly committed to the safety of all who walk through our doors.

Zoellner Arts Center has increased and intensified cleaning routines and set into motion the following Covid-19 safety precautions in our venue:

• All those who enter the center are required to wear a cloth mask or similar face covering, and must practice social distancing while moving throughout the center.

• Our seating capacity has been reduced and we've instituted distanced seating between parties

• Hand sanitizing stations are available at all entrances to the building and lobby areas

• Frequently-used surfaces such as doorknobs, door handles and bars, restrooms, and elevators will be sanitized on a regimented basis

• Theatre seats will be cleaned between performances

For more details on our safety plan and procedures, please click HERE.

We encourage our audience, artists and employees to follow the widely reported hygiene practices regarding hand washing, covering sneezes and other common sense precautions. Most importantly, if you are sick, please stay home and know that we hope you feel better soon. During this period of heightened vigilance we are implementing a modified ticket exchange policy to encourage our patrons to make healthy decisions. We wish you well!

UPDATE:  Ticket refunds were processed in March and April for all cancelled events.  Please email Ticket Services if you have any questions or do not think you received your refund.

MARCH 13 post:
In response to government guidelines during this unprecedented health crisis, Lehigh University moved to remote learning. In accordance with this directive, the University made the decision to limit large-scale public gatherings, including performances, for the forseeable future.

Following these guidelines, Zoellner Arts Center has cancelled all events through July 31, 2020.  While this news is very disappointing, it is out of concern for the health and safety of our patrons that we took this necessary step.

We are looking forward to the 2020-2021 season, and please know that we will be in communication via email, the website and social media with updates.

With regards to those who have ticketing questions, we will automatically refund the original payment method (patrons who paid cash will receive a check). If at all possible, please email your questions to Ticket Services at inzactix@lehigh.edu as the Box Office is currently not open to the public and returing calls in approximately two business days at this time.

You may click HERE to review Lehigh University's website for the Coronavirus. Thank you for your patronage, and most importantly your support.

We wish you well during these difficult times.
