Adapted from Margaret Wise Brown's 60-year-old classic children's book, Goodnight Moon celebrates familiar nighttime rituals, while The Runaway Bunny's pretend tale of leaving home evokes reassuring responses from his loving mother. Both stories feature endearing animal puppets, stunning scenic effects, and evocative music that have earned international recognition for Mermaid Theatre. Anne Baum, MS, President, Lehigh Valley Reilly Children's Hospital, treats kids to a reading of a favorite children's book and is joined by Dr. Alisa Chanchenchop, General Pediatrics, Primary Care, and Dr. Katie Kindt, General Pediatrics, Primary Care, to strike up an important conversation about the brain health of little ones.
