A unique and energetic experience for the entire family, this stimulating tour de force combines movement, dance, visual theatre, and plenty of humor. In the show, talented dancers and actors breathe life into aluminum-made industrial materials while telling the story of an astronaut on a mission in a bizarre metallic world. While traveling through this futuristic world ruled by technology, he finds adventure, excitement, and even friends, who do everything it takes to get him back home in one piece. Then, take note as educators Dr. Kimberly Brown, Medical Director of Population Health and Dr. Deb Carter, Department of Pediatrics Executive Vice Chair, discuss Brain Development for Youth: the importance of healthy habits when children are young to set them up for success. Hear tips on good nutrition, sleep, and mental health for parents and kids.
